How does the Yitty x ThredUp Clean Out program work?
You can order a Clean Out Kit or print a shipping label from our site. Fill any box with gently used clothes from any brand and send it to ThredUp. In exchange, you can earn Yitty shopping credit to spend on new shapewear styles.
What condition should my trade-in items be in?
We accept high-quality items from over 35,000 brands. Items should be clean, in good condition, and free of stains, holes, or excessive wear. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used intimate apparel or heavily worn shapewear cannot be accepted.
How long does it take to receive my Yitty shopping credit?
Once ThredUp receives and processes your kit, your credit will be issued to your Yitty account. Processing times can vary between 2 to 4 weeks depending on seasonal volume.
Can I return Yitty items purchased using ThredUp credit?
Yes, items purchased with credit follow our standard 90-day return policy. If you return an item, the credit will be refunded back to your Yitty account for future use.
Is shipping free for my Clean Out Kit?
Yes, shipping is completely free for all Yitty x ThredUp Clean Out Kits. Simply use the prepaid shipping label provided in your account or included with your physical kit.
Does Yitty sell secondhand items directly on this site?
Currently, our site features new Yitty collections. The partnership with ThredUp is designed to help you recycle your old wardrobe responsibly while earning credit toward our latest inclusive shapewear and lifestyle pieces.
