We want you to love your pre-loved Yitty finds, but if something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as part of our sustainability mission with ThredUp, all returned items must be in their original received condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Prepaid Label

Download and print the prepaid ThredUp x Yitty shipping label provided in the portal; a small restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring all original ThredUp tags and Yitty branding are intact.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund to your original payment method.
